Right when I see VeganRadio...I get this weird quack feeling. Anyways I'm going to go eat a streak.

I'm something of an expert on Mercola's "research" (if you can call it that). His tests on soy are very VERY shady. He does things like feed rats the soy isoflavins ONLY (without any other food) - has their ovaries removed and when they get sick and die claims that soy is bad for humans. The Weston A Price Foundation is basically funded by the meat and dairy industries too. Another thing - the guy he replaced in the WAPF died from a stroke at like 50 or something like that. Just sayin'.

Judge Julie - you pose the question "What is the "Right Way to Be?"...well perhaps there are MANY right ways to be, and it is INDIVIDUAL, yes? As a naturopath for MANY years, and also someone who has come to have NO RESPECT for the Amerikan Legal System, I don't really have much Resonance with the Food Fascists. They arrogantly pose and ponificate they that THEY have all the answers and would prescribe their methods and judgments for everyone else. Weston Price makes the most since of all.

Dr. Brian Clement would have created a much better debate but I praise both of these doctors for encouraging each other. Much better than what you see on TV in the political world.

@RAWVEGANRADIO2009, the facts are obvious and simple.
1) The debate was civil
2) The participants sought common ground
3) They did not demean the other's views
4)The common ground did not result in the validation of your preference
5) You complained about it
Which of these facts are skewed?

I'd also like to add that I like your John Lennon print. I loved and still love JL and all he stood for. One of the myriad of attributes that he had was his penchant for exposing bullshit. One example that comes to mind was his realization and revelation that the Maharishi wasn't all he was cracked up to be on the spiritual side of things. So of course he wrote a song (sexy sadie) about it. I wonder how John might respond to someone telling him that there was only 1 path he could take????

Agreed.

Oh and by the way.......I just viewed your video between David Wolfe and Matt Monarche (not sure of spelling). This "eating contest" was certainly a spiritual moment for me. Nothing like a bunch of self satisfied vegans gathering for the sake of amusement and gluttony while others in this world wonder where their next meal is coming from. Now that's spirituality on it's highest level.
Wrong iamgabrielf. We were disappointed that opposing viewpoints were not represented. We in fact encourage and never complain about robust debate. We believe in free choice. And free choice only comes when people are fully informed. Above all, we believe that people are compassionate in their hearts and will make the right choices when properly educated. Please get your facts straight before commenting on an event and commentators you know absolutely nothing about.
