Bleary eyed Administrators and teachers at North Miami Beach Senior High were stunned when they returned from a two week holiday hiatus and found the 2nd floor halls flooded. The culprit; a 3rd floor faucet dripping into a plugged drain. In a paradox typical of the MDCPS School Board, extreme budget cut-backs forced a complete closure of the building. NO ONE was working over the break, not even custodians or security so no one saw the evidence until today. Damage estimates are unknown.
