much like babies learn to sit up, crawl, etc. - then, toddlers walk, talk, etc. ALL at certain ages, stages of development? So does the mind, it continues throughout life span. Not only physically, emotionally - but, also mentally, psychologically re: MEMORY. There are of course variances of specific ages. there is a very significant factor re: chronological age in relation to mind control, all childhood traumas & abuses. It is something that was not considered (enough) in depth when creating, instituting these programs.
