  • im not sure this is entirely correct steve....it is true that your metabolism is higher in the mornings then it is in the evening....therefore....it does have some benefit to eat bigger meals in the morning and then taper off during the evenings

  • I usually try to eat a biggish dinner if I'm staying up late so I don't get hungry.

    If I do this I'll add something that's low in calories to my dinner to fill me up for longer.
