  • What happened to "Be a Loser like John" updates?

    Did he gain a little weight or something?

    You should continue the updates regardless if he has been loosing or even started gaining a little.

    It helps others relate, as many people have started out loosing weight and reached a point where the pounds weren't coming off as easy, or they have gained again.

    Showing his progress regardless keeps it real for everyone.

    Get John on that scale :0)

  • We discontinued his weigh ins here on YouTube but you can still get the updates at dietcom blogs. John is still dieting though!

  • Too bad, it was a good segment of the diethealth channel.

  • We can always bring it back! I was a huge fan of Veronica Mars and Family Guy - Family Guy came back, Veronica did not :( I am still upset about this but have faith it can be done w/ a little fan support.

  • what i did was completely avoided all sodas and juices, all of them! and ate less for meals especially dinner, then i was at 260 now im 200 :) oh also eat lots of fruits and veggies, veggies suck though they taste bad lol

  • I have located DietOramy weight-reduction plan (you can discover it on Google) - that diet plan is simply staggering, I am not even constraining myself from food and I am nevertheless losing kilos - the secret is in various groups of meals, rather than in calorie consumption...

  • Good weight loss program. There is also a weight loss workout which only last 7 minutes at 7minute.org

  • Any one here got word of Gallactico 324 Diet (google it) ? My girlfriends mom lost tons of weight using Gallactico 324 Diet.

  • The basic equipment (eg weights) seems to be ore useful than the expensive exercisers.

  • he purposely chose that exercise just because he wants to see her boobs bounce.

  • i would like to see someong come up with a exercise program for the disabled. (someone that has very bad balance)
