@punkthrasher13 Used car dealer, costs 72,663 credits, level 6 car. I do not know of anyway to increase your odds, but you can enter then exit 5 events (NO RACING NEEDED) to cycle all the cars in the used car dealership.

I don't get why they dropped elanor but kept this. elanor was in gt2, but it hasn't been in a GT simulator since then, such a shame. this one sounds pretty inaccurate
