i swear to God my computer (Windows XP SP2) takes 18.78 seconds to start up to windows

my computer is a dual core 2.81ghz and i got vista on it and it only takes 5 of those green things

70 seconds to boot up KDE4 desktop emvironment with a bunch of services. 30 Seconds if I use Fluxbox , but I can start games as well .

mine is a 2.66GHz single core intel and it loads up to logon screen in around 20seconds
