Doc, thanks for the information. I'm a reluctant expert on the patient side of things and you're so right to advise folks that if the injection worked the first time around, that is the clue to continue if the TrP returns. I had some terrible TrPs that have taken several needlings to begin to break up...but break up they have...I can now stand for hours, where before about 20 minutes would have me crippled with pain. It's good to see someone who understands this disease.
