Here is a new method of performing single leg hip thrusts that I just thought of. I don't know why I didn't think of it before; it's so simple. This method makes people learn the lift from the bottom up. It ensures that they use a full range of motion. And it eliminates some of the elastic component to place more effort on the muscles.
