  • vtol is a great idea, but once hovering, the plane needs to be able to go to fly mode without landing.

  • it has done it several times only the way back needs still a lot of research -> causing stalls of the fans when the nose is going up -> thust is down to 10% -> crash .....

  • @Joe7946 for that u would need good altitude

  • @taileron maybe if you get as much forward speed in the hover as you can, and maybe get it to rotate more slowly and slowly gain altitude. watch how the harrier does it
