ingredients for the burrito

1,bell pepper (cook pepper and onion on high for about 3 to 4 min)

1,onion

1,lemion

2,cups of lettuce

2,torrtias

1,avocado

Jack Daniels, Hickory Brown Sugar BBQ sauce/add to taste

1,tomato

1/2 a cup of MorningStar fake meat (cook meat with onion and bell pepper for 2 min)

a dash of salt & pepper

Ingredients for corn

2, corn on the cob (cook corn for 45 min at a high temp)

2,tablespoons of Smart Balance butter

a BIG dash of garlic powder
