Fantasia and Antwaun were in Barbados in November and they were captured in photos holding hands and embracing, while Antwaun was, and still is a married man.

Fantasia's overdose was documented as a "suicide attempt" in the police reports. This young lady who has always maintained a respect for religion and family values, may be overwhelmed with the thoughts of things to come in this court case.

If a sex tape does exist. this would be devastating to Fantasia and the thought of this going public as evidence may be what precipitated the overdose. Having a relationship with a married man is not the best thing to do, but it is not worth trying to take your life.

According to Fox News live, there are sex tapes as evidence in Paula Cooks claim that Fantasia did break up her and her husband Antwaun's marriage.
If Fantasia's overdose was a suicide attempt, as the police indicated, then there may be something more that she is finding hard to face, such as a sex tape existing and the possibility of it becoming evidence in this case.

The 911 call came from Fantasia's home in Charlotte North Carolina as a suicide attempt a little after 8:30 pm Monday night. When police arrived, they found Fantasia in the closet. She was taken to a nearby hospital where she remains today.

North Carolina is one of 13 states that the spouse can sue someone that cheats with the other spouse for "alienation of affection". It is a very old law, but it is used . Connecticut is not one of those states, this state has a very clear "no fault divorce". Which basically means you can get a divorce without needing a reason such as infidelity, or you do not need grounds for divorce
