www.silkscreeningsupplies.com. RyOpaque High Opacity Plastisol Inks are easy to work with and look great on dark garments without a white underbase. Unlike many other Opaque inks Ryonet's RyOpaque inks aren't that thick, they run great on both manual and automatics, and they are very affordable to purchase. check them out on the inks page of
http://www.silkscreeningsupplies.com/product/IC-RYOSK .

RyOpaque Plastisol Inks can be printed through high and low mesh screens and can also be reduced with curable reduced to print on lighter garments through higher mesh sizes. It saves printers time and money because it allows you to print directly on a dark garment (even black) without using an under base. By printing directly on black, you only have to use one screen and one ink color instead of two screens and two colors of ink, it's a no brainer! And since RyOpaque works great on both manual and automatic presses, it's an ink you can grow with and continue to use no matter how big or small of a print operation you run!

  • You sure can

  • Question since the RyOpaque is a little thicker what mesh is good for it?

    Thanks

  • @drunkclothingco 110-156 mesh works great. The 156 will use roughly 30% less ink but be harder to work with.

  • hey , could i just paint on my shirts with a brush or something , i dont need a screen printer yet but i wan to do my art by hand with this ink . i have a heat press , could i use that as a flash dryer ? GREAT VIDEO .. THANX

  • @jose9899 Yes you could if that's the look you're looking for. You might have best results with a waterbased ink. Remember that a heat press will smash your ink and in order for a waterbased ink to cure you need to let all the moisture out of the ink. So when using a heat press you should press and release several times until steam stops emitting from the shirt.
