I'm glad you were able to pullover safely without any damage to you and your car.

It'll be alright, just get yourself down to halfords and buy a puncture repair kit. Submerge the tire in water as that'll help you identify the area where the air is escaping...and so on! lol Glad you were ok though!

This was very lucky, I had a blowout yesterday, did 2 360 spins across all lanes and rear of the car smashed into the central barrier, car was written off, honda accord that I've had for 2 days
Luckily me and my mate walked out without a scratch. Howcome your mates car didn't get so much as a scratch, was he able to control it good?

Thank god! My gf blew a front tyre at 75mph, only feedback she got was a slightly juddery steering wheel. Thank god, she walked away from it! Same happened to a friend in a Clio. But, another friend blew a rear tyre in an MGF, and needed the whole corner of the car to be rebuilt at a cost of nearly £3000. Flapping tyre ripped panels off! What car and tyre was this? Glad you were safe!
