THE FOURTH ASSASSIN

The 4th Palestinian crime novel by award-winning author Matt Beynon Rees is THE FOURTH ASSASSIN. In New York for a United Nations conference, Omar Yussef visits his son in the Brooklyn neighborhood of Bay Ridge, only to discover a headless corpse in his sons bed. His search for the truth sets him at odds with the NYPD and on a collision course with men he believes work for Islamic Jihad. He travels through the dark side of Brooklyn from Coney Island to Atlantic Avenue as he hurries to prevent the assassination of the Palestinian President and fights to clear his sons name. Matt Beynon Rees, who lives in Jerusalem and has been compared to Graham Greene and Dashiell Hammett, introduces the novel.
