i use newegg all the time. they are great! p.s. dont shop online around black friday. that is not the first time that has happened. it happens with other major online retailers around black friday . also read the fine print. im sure there is something in the fine print about your problem.

Beware of Newegg.. They just screwed me out of my Black Friday purchase. I purchased about 1k worth of computer merchandise from them and they cancelled the whole order because one item backordered even though my credit card was charged. They now refuse to honor any of the pricing.I think this is outright fraud. Please consider another online retailer Please!
