  • start dry finish dry.. thermal shock is bad for tool life

  • @torifan1976 Yes i know... but than you can"t see anything else than coolant, not very interesting video to look at. The tool goes al the way in so it needs the internal coolant to get the chips out. otherwise i didn't turn the coolant on offcoarse.

  • What Cutter did you use and what Mat?

  • The Cutter is a Walter from the HP series, the material is comparable with st52. If the tool is shorter we use a feedrate of 12000
