It has recently occured to me that Makoto's towards+roundhouse has a decent number of airborne frames on it. Although I cannot find any frame data saying so, I would estimate that she is airborne starting about 4 frames after the command is input lasting for about the next 3 frames. Makoto can use this to her advantage by essentially creating a 50-50 mixup on some characters, namely Zangief. Since the sweep is not meaty, Zangief can actually jump out of this setup without getting hit, however, fortunately for Makoto, she recovers in time to anti-air him. By doing an Ultra 1 on reaction, you can hit Zangief out of the air of a forwards or backwards jump, and neutral jump in the corner. Although this OS eliminates all of Zangief's throw escapes, it will lose to almost anything else, and is not safe on block.
