i put it this way.
The original version is Daytime, so its really upbeat and cheerful
The remix is Nighttime and the fiesta is almost over with a campfire dance and its much calmer.

Its because in korean its pronouced Fiesta but the direct translation is Blood star.
In Konglish, it goes Pi eh Se Ta where Pi means blood and Se ta (Sta) means star.
