Fear Effect 2 also took place before fear effect 1 im pretty sure........ he does get his arm back in the first one but only to continue onto the 3rd one which wont be happening

Well, in FE1 Glas got back his arm because Weimin used her power to make everything went back to the beginning...that's why Glas got back his arm and Deke lived again.
