Beware of LAPD. I was just reading a story on Mission Division on LAPD's website. A family called 911 for help because there son and brother wanted to commit suicide. LAPD showed up to help alright. They shot him twice in the chest. It was called justified, a good shoot. So if you need help, you better think twice before calling LAPD, because they do get off on killing people.
