You have a good question there. Do you think the underside has a tunnel to let the air go between the front wheels and then split at the back wheel? With the nose so high, I think lifting would be a serious problem if there wasn't a tunnel. Even w/ a tunnel, it would need to be shaped so it gets larger in section the further it gets from the front.
