ive noticed the same thing just in the vanilla world alone its like ohh well what happend to the passion... the velcro collar is just an extension of that ... and that is just sad and unfortunate
I would have to agree with your viewpoint there. Irks me on the same level as a vanilla couple who spout "I love you!" after two days of dating. Two days a commitment does not make.
has a Velcro Collar, tho has had it now for 6 wonderful years, to my Mistress.. expect.. W/we dont see it as that, so yea she agrees with you that there are many that just play with the idea.. tho thats up to them she guesses.. she will be trying rl, just needs more help on it.. has a new master very new to lifestyle.. Him needs help.. tho she thanks You for sharing
Thank you for bringing this up. I've wondered about this but haven't felt comfortable bringing up my questions/concerns due to my inexperience with the community.
I will say that even after many years of dating there's something about adding a 'level' such as wedding or collaring that can spin a person's head for a time and can seriously rock any relationship no matter how old.

I totally agree with you about collars.
My dominant and I were really involved and I was honored when he got it for me.
My collar meant trust and obedience to and for him.

In full agreement.
I also take issue with "doms" that collar someone they met hours ago. No thought, no commitment.
It's just an act.
I don't know much about the online aspect of all this. For me it's real life or nothing.
