BRC has not been a well woman, mentally, for decades. But also, don't forget that she and all the other council members are up for re-election this year so don't think that this Cobo thing isn't being used by BRC, Monica and Martha as a way to drum up support from the most reactionary voters on Detroit. The 3 Stooges (BRC, MC and MR) need to be voted out.
