Thunderbird Sneak Pass - caught on zoom very close

Here are two sneak passes, each shown twice; with both adding a freeze frame overhead.

I filmed these at MCAS Miramar in 2007.

I was getting good at when to look back to prepare myself for these sneak passes but once the thunderbirds did a low show and they got me the second time. It scared the shit out of me because I didn't think they would do it twice in one show

LoL - I can relate. I think I had drank a can of "Jolt" earlier that day, otherwise I would have missed it. I was standing on the far right side of the Miramar tarmac.

if u ever get the chance watch a show from the parking lot. It's awesome because that's where most jet demos do their high speed tight turns and it's always funny to listen to the car alarms

is this the sunday show cause missed that one. i like the saturday show better although too dark on saturday but the afterburners are more clear
