SOOOO...what were these cops doing that was so bad? Sometimes housing projects attract assholes-some that live there, others that dont live there but cause problems there. Its a GOOD THING to have cops patrolling through. As for the rifle, its obvious that these cops were actually looking for somebody. Possibly somebody that was known to be armed. OR, without knowing this area, maybe people like to take shots at cops here and they should be carrying a larger weapon. SO..whats the problem here?
