eventually they will do it in their minds- this is training wheels, and gives an advantage in the ability to think.

i can do aloha too

This is normal...

Meh.
It would merely be sad if your kid couldn't do calculations. Being able to do them using fingers to hold digits rather than one's short-term memory is normal. Were he able to do it without the fingers at his age I'd give it 4/5 stars....
Just being honest here: your kid is normal, not special. Be thankful that he's not "special" (in which case he'd stick the fingers in his nose and tell you 2+2=cheezeburgerz!!).

This kid is lucky he hasn't got 13 fingers coz I think that hmm hmm hmm noise in the background is something giving off some serious radiation
-
ok I see this kid is flying thou his home work but what is the basic working of the fingers

then you have a flaw in your statement. you said they could count faster than (a calculator can count), what you said did not imply having to press numbers and look at the screen.
not to mention.. can YOU calculate say.. 99*99 faster than a calculator could? if not, then why are you even talking about matters unknown to you.
-
considering a calculator can compute faster than the time it takes for a human being to LOOK at his fingers, i seriously doubt it.
and saying 'lol' at the end of a statement doesnt give it much credit.
I know it's easy to use your fingers but I think you shouldn't get into that habbit and learn to do it in your mind.
