  • I'll never support huckabee or any right winger for this issue alone. We need publicly funded campaigns so politicians are serving nobody but the electorate.

  • Just in case you've been fooled by assumptions alot of media members have made... I'll clear up some nonsense I've heard because I've read about this Paul guy. He USED to want to get rid of the CIA, but recently he acknowledged that they are needed for the defense of America. He doesn't deny terrorism is a direct threat beyond blowback, but he, unlike many other candidates, acknowledges that people hate the U.S. cuz it's always in everyone else's business. (thus creating blowback)

  • What does Paul say that is outlandish???

  • I honestly don't think he's well-intentioned. He speaks that way, but I don't trust the guy. If we want a truly free nation, we should have a nonpartisan political system where people don't vote according to party affiliation, but according to each candidate's individual campaign. Paul/Kucinich 08

  • A babtist minister who is pro-war?

    Scary

  • Mike Huckabee is top tier!! He's second place in Iowa just 6 points behind Romney. Go Huck.

  • I don't hate Ron Paul, but I think some of the things he says are just outlandish. Huckabee is the clear victor in a head-up match. Huckabee is my guy.

  • You are right on that they could not run together.

I could never vote for Ron Paul (even though he is a great guy) because he denies that Terrorism is not a direct threat beyond terms of blowback. Also, making a smaller government is great, but cutting out agencies wich fight crime and defend this country via intelligence is foolhardy.

  • Ron Paul and Mike Huckabee would not work as President and vice president. They're different, in too many ways. The war being the most obvious. But I like Huckabee as a person, he's well intentioned, but he is still too much like the rest of the neocons.

  • He does address this problem well. But, I don't trust that he is not part of the neo-con thought, anyway. He is also the guy that said we should not pull out of Iraq, too quickly, because of honor! Why should I worry about the honor of a bunch of politicans, who can't admit to their past mistake! Immediate withdrawal of all foreign troups. Let them fight for themselves, for a change!
