How are you doing now? I wonder is it Vit D that is what helps? Have you ever heard of Black Seed Oil- a chiropractor told me to try that topical? Thanks :)

Fish oil and/or flaxseed oil capsules helped me a little bit

Cheers. Had the rash completely cleared last year with just: limited sunlight on the rash every day or two, daily cardio exercise, low carb (no sugar if possible) higher fat diet, and low stress.
Fish and greens are a staple. I eat fish/flax omega 3's, and coconut oil, helps a bit. Topical oils and moisturizers are good, keep skin less irritated, but don't clear rash spots. The thicker oils work well. Shea, aloe, coconut, castor, etc. None of the "miracle" oils have done anything special.

Fish and veggies seem to be a good diet staple for me. I found the Ayers anti-inflammatory diet. I excercise a lot. and get 20 min of no-sunscreen full-body sunlight most days. Helps.
