I'm afraid I have to agree with those who dislike the underdone bacon; I do like mine somewhat crisp. However, to each his own. That being said, as an American, I like our "streaky" bacon, not these extremely lean rashers. The severely buttered toast looks awesome; those who use untoasted bread are Philistines. One final difference: where's the second sandwich? One is not enough...
