Not necessarily it may sound like I did but honestly I dont. I was using jumpers as an example when to use snares.

Jumping is skill, but it depends on how its used. When you jump you can continue moving in whatever direction you were moving, but change your facing direction. This way you can spin and fire off an instant-cast ability without stopping... Of course this is only related to WoW - which I only mention because you specifically referenced WoW.

Jumping, in certain situations in combat, does indicate skill-even/especially if used often.
