Gajapati, January 26 (ANI): Disillusioned with the movement after enduring exploitation and harassment by the cadres, a woman Maoist surrendered before the police in the Gajapati district of Orissa with the hope of turning over a new leaf on the eve of the country's 63rd Republic Day. Coming as a major success in the fight against the left-wing insurgency, the young woman ultra, Tabita Mallick, renounced violence and vowed to start her life afresh before the Superintendent of Police at Gajapati, Sarthak Sarangi.
