Macomb Co tax collector violates H.J.R.192 PROPERTY TAX FRAUD

I challenge the validity of property taxes. I was taxed so high, they taxed me out of owning my property. Here the tax collector offers to remove me from foreclosure judgement, if I promise to pay in a year. This was last year, this time, since I could not pay, they are trying to take my property. Despite my A4V Discharge of the debt, and here you see them violate H.J.R.192 , which clearly states I cannot be required to pay the debt in legal tender, frns, or cash. The fraud goes even much deeper. FIGHT THE FRAUD OF PROPERTY TAX
