how do i take this off i have it by accendential xbox live download it downloaded its self and i am scared to death that my family will have to pay like 99$ a month and i can afford that!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Dont worry, If you where not paying before your not paying now. There is no way they can charge you if you dont put your credit card information in. Also, the updates are free.

the new dashboard is terrible, if a wanted a nintendo I would have got one! The only saving grace is that I can now play online and talk to my mates without hearing a bunch of racist inbred uneducated American twats shouting 'nigger' 'jew' 'retard' and 'gay' all the time and for that I am greatful! ( unless you Americans are guuna say sorry for your attitude dont bother posting a reply, you wont change my veiws )

The NXE experience dashboard was ok,but the Kinect dashboard is a piece of shit,and the new dashboard is going to be complete bullshit,the old one was the better one

The new dashboard looks nothing like that, with the black bar around the title and the avatars look cooler on here! I wish they stuck with this idea and not changed it a single bit.

Great new features, HIDEOUS new interface. Slow, unwieldy and annoying (they even force you to view ads first if connected online, rather than start on the "My Xbox" menu). Avatars are seriously rubbish looking... MS missed the chance if they wanted this to make GREAT avatars suiting their console (imagine if you made a Saints Row/GTA custom model?) and use them IN some games (not just family quiz games nobody cares about)? No, a wasted opportunity that forced on us what we didn't even want.

All you need is Xbox live and there should be an update. if you dont take your hard drive to someones house that has live and do the update there. never tried it though but i think it should work
