I went to Fort Hays State University the last 2 years and yes it's true Hays does have campus rapes every now and then i think you just hear about it more here because the student body is about 6,000 in comparison to k-state's 20,0000 student pop. It's a smaller town where word gets around, i think rapes are a lot more common on campuses across the country than we all think

Fort Hays State Unv out in western Kansas has rape all the time and NO ONE HEARS A THING ABOUT IT.
Our kids are NOT SAFE at any of these colleges.
And As I hear it: The cops are the 'good old boys' everywhere you go! they protect the guy that does the deed!
