  • @LightsOutToney You are right.... it is called fufu in the western parts of Africa while we call it Ugali in Kenya. Not that only afew tribes in Kenya use Cassava flour though.

  • @brekizahonda fufu is ugali too. I come from the western part of Kenya there Luos and Luhyias make ugali from millet flour, cassava flour and some use even sweetpotatoe's flour. Even though the rest of Kenyans use maize flour. Now you know why the luos and luhiyas normally have it tight.i mean the women.

  • omg this video make me miss ugali lol

  • @LightsOutToney I beg to differ, fufu consits of cassava flour right? ugali does not, the cooking/making process may be similar. Also the taste is different.

  • i see no difference when comparing it to fufu.... anyway love african food :D

  • @somalipal i am in the pub so fuck you

  • @rwathiadotcom this girl got very nice tits indeed.....sexy as hell

  • @hopelesslyderanged babes, why not get some corn flour or semolina does the job just as well.Good luck

  • @junninho23 you my friend are making me hungry!

  • Ugali is good. You find some nyama choma or fried tilapia fish and fried sukuma wiki with tomatoes and onion. yummy yummy yummy. You will swallow your tongue and bite your fingers off. It is special stuff you don't even gain weight because it's fat free. you can even try a whole wheat one that's brown. It's good with fried omena and okra leaves or bo leaves. however you want it.
