I love this pattern and this lady! what an awesome mom! So i found that you can make a caplet with a hood and a scarf like tie closure and add pockets with all the left over sweater! which i did with a crazy patterned red sweater for christmas! love it!

this is so cute! and with the extra cut offs you could make a hat and mittens like in "Hats, Ponchos, Mittens, DIY Holiday Gifts " from 2007.

im super jealous of Jen! i soooo wish my mom had such awesome sewing skills, i had to learn everything the hard way through trial & error... so think of how lucky you truly are next time you roll those pretty eyes your momma gave you! lol, thanks for the video ;)
