Lisa Bentley (1968—) Canadian Ironman triathlete.
Frédéric Chopin ? (unconfirmed) (1810--1849) Polish composer. During his lifetime and at his death, he was thought to suffer from tuberculosis. However recently scientists have suggested that his symptoms were more consistent with cystic fibrosis, unknown at the time. The Polish government has refused to allow DNA tests to be performed on his heart, which is preserved in alcohol (see Frédéric Chopin's illness).

yes, cystic fibrosis, the same charity I chose, because not many people know about this, but here in Europe, it's the most common heritable disease
in my country 1/20 Belgians have it
and treatement is so expensive, I get that our gouvernement is mostly supporting cancer charities, but they are totally forgetting about this disease
People who have it are always so strong, and we, healthy people feel so weak, why, because we're so used to luxury that we forget that we should be grateful
