  • What have I got against James Murdoch? How long have you got? He talks about the BBC as if it's Orwell's Ministry of Truth, then claims profit is the only guarantor of editorial independence (never mind that it also leads you to the lowest common denominator pursued relentlessly by Sky and the Sun). He whines about the BBC distorting competition when it's abundantly clear that he'd happily destroy all Sky's rivals if he had the chance. Worse than his father, a leech on British culture.

  • This is so funny.

But don't forget that the idea is based on real political plans!

  • I'm very interested to know about these plans, what are they? It wasn't my intention at all, but I would really like to know!

  • @Ueberwachungsdruck What are these plans? A couple of people have mentioned them and I don't know anything about them, but I'm very interested!

  • In America they would have played the national anthem.

  • On BBC1 over here they used to do that. Quite a few people have said I should've put it on this.

  • This is so 1980s BBC TV, with the clock, and the Pages from Google are actually probably Pages from Ceefax or something

  • @eddierobson78:

In Germany for example there is a real law that requires websites that do not have proper age verification systems and are hosting content that is 16+ or 18+ to only be accessible from 10pm to 6am.

  • Brilliant!
