More BBC propaganda. Those unfamiliar with the18-20-th century Russian conquest of Caucasus shouldn't bother explaining Stalin's rationale for re-locations.

Beyond all else, history of Caucasus is about clash of civilizations, not about preventable admin. errors/personal grudges. Arbitrary division between armed force and civilians was rather an alien concept to Caucasus tribes & even the Tsars resorted to re-locations.

The film should've been named "Bad Stalin". LOL It's hardly about Russia

Here we go again... yes, there were individual Nazi crimes, but Soviet atrocities play second fiddle in a documentary on Russia! How ironic. The focus on the Russian people should take precedence.
