I agree...I'm working on a book right now on Italian internment, and I've become shocked at the lack of information that has been done on this subject. Thank you for speaking up and uploading this. More people need to talk about it.

Im Italian and as far as I know noone in my family was interned, they came to the states like 20-30 years before the war, and as far as I know noone in my family served. But I think its awful what happened to German, Italian, and Japanese Americans, especially when so many of them served in the US Armed Forces. It just makes my blood boil when Americans turn against Americans, and I'm only 17 but I know quite a lot about WWII, Im Italian but I hate fascists.

First of all, the sound quality is not bad. I have cheap, ancient speakers plus am losing my hearing, and I didn't have a problem. Secondly, thanks for this intro. Third, I recommend reading Prisoner of war by Kurt Wolzahan, a distinguished Lutheran minister from Philly, sentenced to 10 years in prison for conspiracy. He was innocent and pardoned by both Presidents Truman and Eisenhower.
