Oh course we don't crack anything! But you hear this saying all the time. This is a chiropractic adjustment of the cervical spine. There are many different ways to adjust including non-force techniques. This is a demonstration of a diversified method commonly used in chiropractic. Do not attempt to do this unless you are trained and have a license to do so.
