Hey there, have you heard of "Musclegend" (just search Google)? There you can watch a nice free video featuring the way to grow visible lean muscle very fast while dropping unwanted fat all at once. Steve is one of the many guys which experienced positive results utilizing this method. I hope it works for you too.

Please note that 1g of protein per bodyweight should be way more than enough for the average weightlifter. However, on steroids, you can use more protein because more muscle synthesis occurs, so 1.5g of protein per pound or even more becomes useful. Remember to keep that in mind if you do start using, at it is valuable information.

The entire bodybuilding world learned a ton from this man back when he crushed the Olympia the second time. The first win was more due to his leanness and the Americans kept on insulting him, saying he'd never win again.

As a response, Dorian added 20 pounds of muscle in one year, and he was already around 240 at 3-4% body fat. He showed that his, different style of training could be superior to that time's standard.

Only 2 problems which was that Arnold's ego was fucking as big as Everest and Dorian came some years after Arnold. Dorian has an equally great mind and body, awesome bloke.
