actualy system premissions can stop this

It's not great practice to have the open file dialog filename be used in the same subroutine used to show the dialog. If the user clicks cancel it will still try to delete the file.

Actually it's all about making sure the data is overwritten on the same disk sectors before you just remove the filename.
