The next time you hear a media report about people getting fatter and dramatising it all by claiming the planet is literally rolling over due to all the fatties (at the dismay at physicians who'll tell you the Earth won't roll, but obesity is still a problem)- it's a communist plot (Nazi, socialist, holocaust, baby eating plot) to charge extra taxes on fatty food. The fact that government is trying to tax junk food should alone tell you that it's a conspiracy and that obesity is overblown!

But then again, I'm sure encouraging people to use cars less and cycle more is just quite clearly a socialist communist plot to increase taxes on the erm, car uses while spreading this tree hugging liberal mentality that cycling improves health.

Activists feeding this AGW myth have effectively been co-opted or neutralized. Scientists and agencies are funded to study only the problems that do not threaten corporate interests. So, it's no surprise that they "attack" global devastation from resource extraction via the CO2 back door.

He & similar scientists were in the IPCC, but their (Christy, Spencer, et al) analysis were prevented from inclusion -- the IPCC had/has goals regardless of reality.
