@Lymos524254 I believe there is nowhere else for these residents to park. At least they are all on the same side of the road. And their presence helps keep speed down through the village. Thanks for your comment, and thanks for watching.

Great video. Just spent a few days in July driving through similar roads in Somerset - my first time driving in England, which is quite an experience. Now I'm back in Canada and this brings back happy memories!
