They don't die. They cast break on themselves but later are restored to normal by their village elder.

oh no, there was this one rpg on the ds and ps1, called Rhapsody, a musical adventure or something, and that had opera scenes. Lots and lots of opera scenes. It was also a really easy and fairly rubbish game.
