Less than 3 Watts of DIY Electronica 30hz to 20Khz peaking at 100db+. Only two modified vintage speakers and no subwoofer. No active or passive crossover. No digital equalizer. Tubes are the dangerous mercury vapor #82 rectifier and the radioactive thoriated tungsten filament #210 directly heated triodes. Amp B+ is ~450Vdc. Music is Phutureprimitive KinetiK. See the nasty alligator clips and hot glue? But honestly, it sounds good! ;)

  • Cool set-up man! It looks like the mad scientist workshop which is bloody cool. Sweet TT too with that RS arm. What are the drivers...

    Cheers for sharing.

  • @j1a9m7e2s Thank you Buddy! The drivers are vintage Grundig speakers with alnico magnets. I will post more of my analog rig when I get it dialed in. BTW I love your B200 speakers. You did a nice job with the cabinets, and they sound great!

  • Wow, that is a HUGE baffle! Must sound pretty awesome in person though :)

  • killa12222, my wife hated them because they were too big and ugly. If I can find some giant slabs of solid wood maybe she will let the big baffles back. ;)
