Okay this is Lis Carpenter again here just sharing my experiences so far with "unusual" circumstances coming my way that appear to be tied to some of the photos and desires I created for my vision board.

In the first part of the video I explain that Hal Elrod's mastermind seems just like the one I was envisionioning. I got out and ran for the first time in what has been like a year because I ran across (no pun intended) an audio about barefoot running on NPR and realized that I was not damaging my knees. That happens from incorrect form. I also shared about giving away my advertising money (mostly to up the challenge for myself), and also running in shorts. I'm sort of embarrassed to admit that I have avoided shorts like I have avoided running.

I shared some other cool things that I have allowed to enter my life that are outlined on my vision board and my biggest uncomfortable challenge: a makeup-less vlog. Anyway, I'm still thrilled will the results that I am getting so far as a result of Steve Shuitt's influence, and I can't wait to roll out more videos about my transformation.
