Wednesday's Child: Michael

Meet Michael, a loving boy who is taking an interest in gardening! There are times when this budding little gardener would rather plant flowers than play with his other favorite things - his train, car, truck or wagon. Just as he showers his flowers and plants with water, love and attention, he is very affectionate and loves to give and receive hugs and kisses. While Michael thrives with one-on-one attention, he also enjoys interacting and playing with other children.

This helpful third grader excels in math and loves to be involved in extra curricular activities. Michael is making progress with an IEP (Individualized Education Plan) and benefits from counseling, which may need to continue following placement. At school he receives speech and occupational therapy.
